1. Wash:
Temperature: Ideally wash at 30-40°C to avoid shrinkage or fading of the colors.
Gentle cycle: Use the gentle cycle to protect delicate fabrics such as cotton or wool.
Color separation: Wash light and dark clothes separately to prevent color transfer.
2. Drying:
Air dry: Avoid tumble drying as this can damage the fabric and shape of the garment. Hang items flat or on a hanger to dry in a well-ventilated area.
No direct sunlight: Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight to avoid fading.
Avoid heat sources: Do not expose clothing to direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent shrinkage or deformation.
3. Ironing:
Temperature: Make sure you choose the right ironing temperature for the fabric. Cotton can tolerate higher temperatures, while wool and delicate materials should be ironed at lower temperatures.
Steam ironing: Use steam to remove wrinkles if necessary, but avoid direct contact with the hot iron on delicate fabrics.
